Our clinic manager will arrange for you to be seen in a clinic location of your choice. Professor Fehily will perform a detailed history and examination and review all your previous medications and investigations. If needed he will arrange further x-rays, scans or blood tests to get more information to help guide your treatment. At the end of the consultation you will be given a number of options depending on the severity of your condition.

Only in severe cases will you be offered a surgical option initially as in our experience, the majority of patients can get a better quality of life and decreased pain using a combination of rehabilitation and injections.

We want to give you a long-term solution to your condition and not just short-term relief of your symptoms. This will help you return to the level of activity you want. We will strengthen your muscles and improve your movement. If necessary, we will carry out innovative surgical procedures using minimally invasive techniques or robotics, in combination with a personalised rehabilitation program.

All of our team are experts in their field with a wealth of clinical experience gained over many years. We will bring the knowledge gained from treating elite athletes to manage your condition and return you to the level of activity that you are aiming for. Our clinic brings expertise from the fields of orthopaedic surgery, robotics, radiology, physical therapy and podiatry and work together as a team to provide the comprehensive care you need.

The clinic is based at the Orthteam Centre as well as Spire Manchester and BMI Alexander. With the hip and groin clinic at the Orthteam Centre.

Professor Max Fehily has many years of experience in their chosen field and are recognised as national experts. The clinic provides a regional service to patients with hip problems and we receive referrals from all over the North West, the UK and internationally with satellite clinics in Dubai, UAE.
